Who I am
My name is Georgios Ntelimpaltidis. I was born in Stavropol, Russia, to Greek parents and grew up in Alexandroupoli, Greece. For the past 7 years I have been a permanent resident of Cyprus, working as a painter and decorator, a trade I have practised for more than 18 years.
I will not send someone else in my place. On the first visit I come myself, look at the space and tell you what it actually needs. Often that is less than you expected, and I say so.
The estimate happens at your place, because a photograph does not show everything. A stain on a ceiling can be a broken downpipe or a roof that needs waterproofing end to end, and the difference in price is large. I would rather see it up close and give you a price that holds.
I work with my own crew. That means the same people who start a job finish it. When preparation, waterproofing and painting are done by the same hands, nobody passes the blame down the line.
Before we start, furniture and floors are covered. At the end the place is handed back clean, not swept in a hurry. If you run an office or a shop, we plan the work so you can open the next morning.
We can deal in Greek, English or Russian. I cover Famagusta, Larnaca, Limassol and Nicosia.

I work with my own crew, so I can take on big jobs too, roofs, thermal facades and whole apartment blocks, without losing the attention to detail. What we agree at the start is what I hand over at the end.
