Who I am

I will not send someone else in my place. On the first visit I come myself, look at the space and tell you what it actually needs. Often that is less than you expected, and I say so.

The estimate happens at your place, because a photograph does not show everything. A stain on a ceiling can be a broken downpipe or a roof that needs waterproofing end to end, and the difference in price is large. I would rather see it up close and give you a figure that holds than a figure over the phone that changes later.

I work with my own crew. That means the same people who start a job finish it, and that no third party is brought in halfway through for the insulation or the making good. When preparation, waterproofing and painting are done by the same hands, nobody passes the blame down the line.

Before we start, furniture and floors are covered. At the end the place is handed back clean, not swept in a hurry. If you run an office or a shop, we plan the work so you can open the next morning.

We can deal in Greek, English or Russian, with no interpreter in the middle. I cover Famagusta, Larnaca, Limassol and Nicosia.

And if something is not right, you say it to me. There is no call centre.
