Nothing. I come to your place, we look at what you need, and I give you a clear written price with no hidden charges. You are under no obligation.
Why not just paint straight over the stain?
Because it will come back. The stain is a symptom, not the problem. First we find where the water is getting in, we stop it, we make the surface good, and then we paint. Otherwise you pay twice.
How much will the house smell?
I use branded, low-odour, certified paints that do not smell and that last.
Do I have to empty the house?
No. We tidy carefully, cover all the furniture and floors before we start, and hand the space back spotless.
When is the best time to do a roof?
In dry weather. Waterproof coating needs a dry surface to bond properly, which is why it is better done before the rains than after the first stain on the ceiling.
Do you work on rental properties?
Yes. Quick, economical repainting for homes that are being rented or sold.
